Reporting directly to the Vice President with a dotted line to the CEO, this position oversees HR strategy and the corresponding service delivery model. The Director will be responsible for driving talent management initiatives, fostering a positive employee relations environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, they will play a key role in supporting in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives in continuing to achieve step growth in revenue and location expansion.
