Adapt Community Network Selects TCG for Chief People Officer Search

Managing Partner, Pam Noble and Recruiting Director, Carrie Longmire are leading the key HR search.

Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Chief People Officer is responsible for leading all HR functions within Adapt Community Network. The Chief People Officer is a strategic business partner that leads the planning for and directs the organization’s Human Resources Management, including acquiring and managing talent, driving benefit practices, overseeing labor and employee relations matters, ensuring compliance, overseeing the organization’s training, development, and leadership programs, creating a work culture of inclusion and employee engagement, and working with Executive leadership team and program directors to develop people management strategies for the agency. The CPO is responsible for creating and fostering an HR function that advances the overall mission of Adapt Community Network. In addition to leading the HR staff, the CPO will provide thought leadership and forward-thinking practices to serve as an active member of the organization’s executive leadership team.
