REMOTE – The Christopher Group is announcing a new search for a Director of Human Resources for American Consumer Shows (ACS), the leading producer of consumer shows in the United States. Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi is leading the key HR search.

The Director of HR owns the overarching people strategy and champions strategic initiatives within the organization. The role is central to the organization’s talent management efforts and is responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent across the business portfolio. The role provides leadership and oversight to the HR function, ensuring the effective execution of talent acquisition, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and culture initiatives.
The Director of HR will orchestrate talent management strategies for the organization. The role’s mission is to create and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that closely aligns with the organization’s objectives and involves collaborating closely with the leadership and management teams to identify talent needs, bridge skills gaps, and facilitate organizational growth. The Director of HR’s leadership will significantly influence organizational culture, fostering an inclusive, open, and welcoming environment.
