MEMPHIS, TN – Barr Brands International, an employee-owned consumer goods company driven by integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Senior Human Resources Business Partner search. Managing Partner, Jeff Wilbanks, and Recruiting Director, Jim Gorjup are leading the critical HR search.

This role will be responsible for driving exceptional human asset management activities within the Company while supporting key growth objectives and programs. The HRBP will lead all aspects of Human Resources for Operations WM Barr including strategic planning, employment law, staffing and retention, succession planning, compensation, performance management, employee relations. This position serves as a member of the WM Barr leadership team and the BBI HR Leadership team and contributes to the Company’s strategic plans while championing change within the organization.
